1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of Korvith Technologies (korvith.com) or entering into a software development contract with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Korvith Technologies provides custom website development, software engineering, AI automation integrations, mobile app development, and technical maintenance. Detailed functional requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverable specifications are formally defined in written Project Scope Documents agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) & Ownership
Upon receipt of full contracted payments for a project, the client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of the custom code, digital assets, database structures, and designs produced specifically for their project. Korvith transfers repository access and deployment credentials directly to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary branding assets, content text, APIs, and timely feedback required to meet agreed sprint milestones. Delays in receiving mandatory assets or third-party approvals may adjust delivery timelines accordingly.
5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support
Every custom web application and software system delivered by Korvith includes a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period covering bug fixes and technical troubleshooting related to the agreed scope. Extended ongoing maintenance is available under separate technical support retainers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Korvith Technologies is not liable for third-party hosting outages, unexpected upstream API changes (e.g. Meta, payment gateways, cloud providers), or unauthorized modifications made to the codebase by third parties after project handoff.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any client agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
